Peggy reached out to me based on my Indeed resume about a director position at a large medical practice that she thought my experience would be perfect for. Never having been directly recruited before, I was a bit surprised (and a little skeptical about the validity of the contact, if I’m being honest). However, I found Peggy to be friendly, thorough, and consistent with communication. When I was not selected for that initial position, Peggy did a great job of supporting and encouraging me to keep my head up. A couple weeks later, another opportunity at that same company opened up and Peggy contacted me immediately—when I expressed interest, she got right on the phone with upper management to make sure I was in the running and coordinated an interview just two days later. She remained in contact with both myself and the company until I had an offer letter in hand and has recently followed up to check in on me during my first week. Overall I could not have asked for a better experience here, Peggy was wonderful and I will contact her if ever I find myself looking for employment again in the future!

Jessica L, Billing Manager

My job search had been dragging on for over a year when Peggy Koch reached out to me regarding a position I might be interested in. While she gave me a great depth of information and background of the position and work environment, she also asked a lot of questions about me. It was so refreshing to have someone to talk to who was not only invested in helping fill a position, but also in making sure she had the right person in place. Throughout the whole process, Peggy was available to answer any questions I had and she provided thoughtful guidance. While I hope there is no occasion to use her services any time soon, I would work with her again in a heartbeat.

Laura M., Events Marketing Manager.

I had the amazing opportunity to work with Peggy Koch during my most recent job search. Peggy contacted me regarding an employment opportunity with a company she was representing. She explained the position, the expectations, and collected all the requirements that I would need should I be interested in the position. She performed a very thorough initial interview with me, and from there looped me in with the corporate HR department and we had an excellent line of communication between all parties. I can only imagine how much of a needy prospect that I appeared to be, but Peggy went above and beyond to find the answers to every question I gave her… from benefits, PTO, and everything in between, and if she did not know the answer, she would find out and respond within 24 hours. I could not be more pleased with my overall experience with Peggy. I have worked with other cooperate recruiters before, and NO ONE has had the drive and passion that Peggy does in making sure the job is right for both the candidate and company. She went so far as to text “Good Luck with your interview” and “Congratulations”! Thank you for all your help and hard work!

We were very pleased with the results when working with Peggy Koch and the DeBellis Catherine & Morreale Corporate Staffing team. We retained them to fill a key vacancy for a departing long-term manager, which was difficult to replace due to the specialized skills, experience, and personality characteristics required for the position. The DCM team vetted many candidates on our behalf, which eventually led to a candidate who was a perfect match for our needs.
