Cost Effective Service
With DCM CareerDirections, you get a comprehensive professional on-site outplacement services effort, for a fraction of the cost of traditional outplacement. Our fees include an engagement fee, payable prior to the first workshop. Additionally, based on the complexity of the services required, you may incur additional costs.
Based on your needs, DCM CareerDirections will customize and facilitate a one to four day workshop of instruction and outplacement preparation at your company site, or if you prefer a more discriminating approach for your mid-management to executive level employees, six one-on-one sessions at our site. Your choice of the following options will determine the fee level:
