Web & Digital Marketing Manager: Reston, VA

Our client is seeking a talented, self-motivated individual to expand the digital marketing footprint for the company. You will collaborate with web engineering, design, operations and product to ensure a robust, online presence and online store. You will be responsible for the daily execution and management of digital marketing campaigns aimed at customer acquisition via a marketing automation platform.  

You will be responsible for the strategic planning, execution, growth and evaluation of the online presence for the company’s products and solutions through a variety of digital channels that include but are not limited to email marketing, SEO, paid search, social media, and content marketing campaigns.  You will have a direct impact on business growth through the design and development of website functionality, online store optimization that maximizes prospect customer acquisition, customer engagement, site experience, and enhances brand value.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Use data and testing to optimize and improve website, online store and digital marketing campaigns
  • Build and execute digital marketing acquisition campaigns
  • Partner w/teams across the company to understand website improvement opportunities; define priorities and set implementation plan
  • Develop and execute SEO strategy, including defining key metrics, how to achieve SEO success, and the process for optimization
  • Perform quarterly analysis and reporting of website performance using Google Analytics
  • Manage website development projects, page maintenance/creation, site optimization, KPI tracking and analytics
  • Understand and implement best practices for website design/user experience and search engine optimization
  • Use data and testing to optimize and improve website, online store and digital marketing campaigns
  • Drive revenue growth by penetrating the current customer base, and develop new customers in the region.
  • Increase traffic to the corporate website, with the goal of growing our customer base.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Strong knowledge of HubSpot marketing automation platform.
  • Solid HTML development skills (for producing responsive email and landing pages)
  • Minimum of 5 years in digital/creative marketing.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative suite or similar design software.
  • Self-motivator and energetic personality.
  • Experience with Google Analytics and Google AdWords.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Salesforce.com experience
  • Tech knowledge preferred: understanding Wi-Fi, networking, or software markets (e.g. Cisco and HP/Aruba) preferred.
