Senior Manager-Social Media: Phoenix, AZ

As the Senior Manager - Social Media, you will develop strategies and campaigns that help to create awareness, differentiation, customer engagement and perception shifts around key messages and business objectives. You will have a passion for the inner workings of all major social platforms and know how to leverage each channel in the most effective way. You will monitor new social platforms as they emerge, as well as, modify methods as existing platforms themselves change. You will understand current Social Media platforms and be familiar with Social Media as both a paid marketing and engagement tool. You will be provide strategic leadership to a team of internal and agency partners for the management, moderation, workflows, and analytics of the social strategy.

Responsibilities:
•Be responsible for innovating and growing social fans and followers through paid and organic acquisition campaigns
•Lead campaign strategy development to meet audience interests and support business objectives
•Manage a paid social budget to increase exposure and engagements
•Develop and keep up to date: channel strategies, social brand and content standards, community management moderation guidelines, crisis planning tools and social media management tools
•Set calendar and priority of social media holidays for enterprise
•Oversee local social strategy in store; works with store operations and HR to create policies and procedures, enables technologies and creates process to support distributed social management at the local level
•Maintain strategic relationships with Facebook, Google, Snapchat and Twitter to provide platform input and capture beta opportunities

What you'll bring to the table:
•In-depth understanding of social media platforms, creative best practices, measurement, media buying and ad formats
•Required understanding of social media emerging landscape, platforms, vendors and brand leaders in mediums
•Self-starter who is creative in coming up with innovative and cutting-edge marketing solutions
•Excellent written and oral communication skills for the development and presentation of results/ analysis, ability to socialize results with a variety of stakeholders
•Ability in managing a high-functioning team and agency partners, in a fast-paced environment
•Expert in Sprinklr (or equivalent Social Media Management tool), Omniture/Google Analytics (or similar analytics tools), Word, Excel and PowerPoint
