SEM & Digital Partnership Manager: The Woodlands, TX

The SEM & Digital Partnership Manager will manage all PPC for the Company, including SEM, Display, Paid Social, etc. He/she will also lead and develop partnerships with third parties to drive new sources of leads for the company including lead generators for credit applications as well as other third party financing relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and direct the strategy for all paid media for
  • Execute tests, collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns
  • Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns
  • Work with external agency to manage monthly campaigns, while staying within monthly budget targets
  • Optimize copy and landing pages for paid search engine marketing campaigns
  • Perform ongoing paid keyword discovery, expansion and optimization
  • Research and analyze competitor advertising links
  • Track and evaluate the ROI on all digital marketing programs
  • Develop partnerships with third parties to drive incremental leads/credit applications
  • Work with Credit team to identify source of declined applications and look for ways to improve credit quality of customers through the digital channel
  • Highly analytical

Requirements:

  • BS/MS degree in Marketing or a quantitative, test-driven field
  • Proven SEM experience and success managing PPC campaigns across Google, Yahoo and Bing
  • Well-versed in performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in search engine marketing
  • In-depth experience with bid management tools
  • In-depth experience with Google Analytics
  • Strong analytical skills and experience generating SEM reports
  • Familiarity with A/B and multivariate experiments


At least 5 years experience in search engine marketing. He or she should be comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, rapidly changing environment. The ideal candidate will have significant digital experience on the client-side, ideally in a retail or consumer finance environment.
