Digital Account Director: Chicago, IL

Seeking a Digital Account Director who is able to develop strategic decision plans in terms of marketing mix and various channel tactics. This candidate also provides excellent mentorship skills while leading a stellar interactive team.

Responsibilities:

  • Grow profitability of the agency while cultivating a long-term relationship with the client
  • Active stakeholder in all phases of the project life cycle
  • Creates opportunities to engage socially and professionally with client to drive ongoing partnership
  • Proactively leads solutions to use paid or unpaid resources to maximize client value
  • Provide a level of client service that exceeds expectations
  • Mentor and lead an interactive team to maximize full growth potential
  • Effectively communicate with both the client and internal project teams
  • Anticipate future client needs and project risks


Requirements:

  • 5 + years of digital marketing experience at an interactive services company in a client-facing role
  • Demonstrate a background in drawing actionable insights from web analytics data
  • Complete command over paid, earned and owned media channels
  • Demonstrable experience of project life-cycles
  • Experience with consumer brands, retail industry and e-commerce
  • Superb management and leaderships skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, or equivalent
