Database Marketing Manager: Fort Washington, PA

The marketing manager is responsible for strategizing and executing the recruitment of new members at all stages of their career using multichannel methods online and offline.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Marketing Director and internal business owners to define and execute marketing campaigns
  • Create strategic plans and tactical execution and tracking to increase subscriber database
  • Work collaboratively across departments integrating editorial and technical considerations
  • Analysis of results, web analytics and database reports on program success and incorporation of learning for continued growth
  • Ensure report accuracy, subscriber sources, systems performance or functional enhancements to improve results or reduce cost.
  • Work cooperatively with the Marketing Manager for engagement on Social Media strategy to develop and maintain subscriber interest
  • Manage external partner relationships, list vendors, survey tools and other third party influencers


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
  • 3+ years of digital marketing experience in subscription or membership marketing. HCP audience experience preferred
  • Demonstrable success with membership marketing campaigns
  • Understanding of a lead management funnel for membership conversion and strategic development of multi-channel campaigns.
  • Basic/intermediate HTML experience to create pull tags, create or edit email content and Google Analytics tracking codes
  • Email client experience using GetResponse, or a similar for A/B testing, design and deployment and subsequent reporting
  • Intermediate/Advanced MS Office suite with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint required– must be able to effectively manipulate data, produce pivot tables, filter data, and execute simple functions
  • Familiar with email and digital marketing laws, HCP advertising laws – CanSpam, OptOut preferred
  • Aptitude for learning proprietary or commercial marketing tools.
  • Excellent command of English – written and verbal
  • Basic understanding of business mathematics
  • Interest in healthcare marketing
  • Google Analytics, Google Adwords and SEM campaign building, testing, reporting
