CRM Manager: The Woodlands, TX

The CRM Manager is a key position within my client's program operations team. This role is responsible for the hands-on campaign execution and tactical management for top pharmaceutical client multi-channel marketing campaigns. This includes being an active participant in campaign development, measurement strategy, tactical launches, and working with internal and external resources to deliver program optimization recommendations to our clients. The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a client-facing role, as this would include developing and maintaining a customer-focused attitude toward activities that contribute toward client satisfaction and retention. The candidate will also manage and prioritize numerous tasks throughout the day while maintaining critical relationships with internal teams and external agencies. Attention to detail and proactive follow-up are essential skills for this candidate.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage client program deployment and reporting from approval to program end; monitor programs throughout deployment to identify optimization and improvement opportunities
  • Work closely with client engagement team to understand content development and deployment timing
  • Coordinate campaign planning to provide insights and recommendations for upcoming deployments
  • Create campaign schedules based on approvals, key dates, and channel best practices
  • Understand client data requirements and reporting needs; fulfillment of data requirements throughout programs
  • Manage target lists from procurement to execution, plus participate in database management
  • Coordinate all channel activities based on client scope
  • Provide input on creative elements to improve campaign engagement rates
  • Analyze data for client programs and report program metrics on a regular basis
  • Provide insights and recommendations for improvement throughout the program
  • Provide future sales/business development opportunities based on insights from program performance
  • Perform regular testing and optimization activities to improve client program KPIs
  • Form critical relationships with client and agency partners to achieve program goals
  • Support business development team during sales process by sharing program insights and knowledge
  • Track team and individual accountability goals to ensure continual improvement in client program performance


Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in program and/or marketing management
  • Healthcare and/or pharmaceutical experience a plus but not required
  • Experience working with data and/or list management
  • University degree with relevant major (Marketing, Business, Communications, etc.)
  • Demonstrate strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Access
  • Demonstrate very strong communication skills both in-person as well as via phone/E-mail
  • Confident, polished demeanor; experience with presenting information to external parties
  • Meticulous, detail-oriented nature; high level of organization and schedule/time management
  • Ability to manage a large quantity of projects concurrently without dropping the ball
  • Passion to work in a fast-paced, data-driven team environment
  • Curiosity to ask questions and learn more through data-driven analyses
  • Collaborative approach to working with both internal and external teams
  • Ability to thrive both independently and with teams, a true self-starter
  • Experience working with data and understanding its "story "
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
