Responsibilities:
This individual will be responsible for supporting the design, development and execution of marketing campaigns and analysis. Manage data and processes for marketing campaigns and developing reporting and analysis to measure effectiveness of campaign. Insight generation based on measurement reporting and analysis. Will proactively managing multiple direct advertiser client and agency accounts. Cultivate strong business relationships with industry media planners and buyers. Analyze campaign objectives and performance data to identify growth opportunities. Identify new opportunities within client for measurement and analytics solutions. Participate in analytics proposals and strategies to present to clients. Contribute to strategic analyses which address business and client issues. Perform proactive and reactive analyses to ensure data integrity. Develop complex queries to support data extracts for marketing campaigns, which involves collaborating with internal and external clients to develop effective and efficient execution. Take ownership of the campaign database, including capturing marketing efforts in a centralized environment for ease of extraction and analysis, and ensuring integration of disparate data sources from multiple departments.
Qualifications:
Include BS or BA in statistics, economics, computer science or other quantitative field or applicable experience. Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in marketing analysis, digital, CRM analytics. Knowledge of Oracle, SAS, SPSS, and SQL a plus. Thorough understanding of online marketing and web metrics. Knowledge of database design, applications, and data flows a plus. Deep knowledge of various measurement and campaign management technologies such as Website traffic analytics software (tagging and log file based); Omniture, Google Analytics, WebTrends, CoreMetrics. Ad serving platforms such as DoubleClick/DART, Atlas, Eyeblaster etc. In-depth knowledge of integrated marketing and CRM disciplines (including primary research, online advertising, customer segmentation, targeting, direct marketing, customer care). Possession of excellent written, oral communication, project management and presentation skills. Ability to present complex data reports, financial analyses, and statistics in a simple and clear way. Proven ability to interact with senior management and clients, understand corporate strategy, and present actionable findings. High level of attention to detail, strong organization skills, Microsoft office skills, and a programming background. Ability to successfully manage interaction with internal and external clients and work independently and within a team environment with integrity, professionalism, collaboration and dependability.
