Marketing Coordinator: NYC
Our client is one of the nation’s leading cash management and financial technologies company providing the industry’s most innovative cash management and cash-related solutions to the broker-dealer, banking, qualified plan and retail direct space. The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for establishing and managing all administrative aspects of the marketing department, as well as serving as the Executive Assistant to the Managing Director, Chief Marketing Officer.
Responsibilities:
Serve as Executive Assistant to the Managing Director, Chief Marketing Officer (e.g. scheduling appointments, preparing memos, correspondence, reports, letters, presentations, etc. and related tasks such as maintaining filing system). Manage the internal document review processes for materials that are externally distributed. Responsible for direct marketing projects as directed by the marketing manager.
Qualifications:
Include a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience. Agency account management experience preferred, corporate marketing experience will be considered. Proficient in Microsoft Office products such as Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, as well as CRM programs such as SalesLogix, SalesForce.com, etc. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
