Tax Manager OR Sr. Manager - CPA Firm - Elmira, NY
Expanding regional CPA firm needs a tax manager for Finger Lakes rural office; firm also has some national clientel. Need someone with C-Corp, S-Corp and partnership background. Supervise tax compliance managers, seniors and staff; work with clients to develop individual and corporate tax plans in a tax effective manner; solid professional appearance and very good presentation skills. Will consider manager level or senior manager level candidate; could be fast track to partnership responsibilities. Firm has a excellent mix of privately held and public companies; also a mix of individual and small business clients.
Qualifications:
Experience - 5- 10 years as a tax supervisor or manager with progressive responsibility; ideal for someone ready to step up into larger role and interest in a small community. Someone from Elmira area or interest in working in that region; will relocate someone also. An excellent growth opportunity; will consider Tax Senior Mgr level also; ....BS CPA ...
Compensation:
Salary in the $90,000 to $130,000 range plus bonus and very good benefits, depending on experience and level of expertise.
