Estimator / Project Manager - Environmental / Asbestos: WNY
Expanding environmental services company needs a Project Manager with asbestos abatement experience. Must know environmental codes and regulations and OSHA Federal requirements. Must have demonstrated experience handling abatement projects. Ideally our client needs 5-10 years of experience in asbestos extricating and project over site.
The successful candidate will head-up the Estimating Department for a prominent U.S. environmental company based in the Niagara Region. The person should be well-versed in the environmental field and very active in developing new business from the North East region. Solid estimating background with the ability to multi task.
Expertise includes:
* Asbestos abatement
* Industrial demolition
* Microbial (mold) remediation
* Lead abatement
* Site Clean-up / Remediation
* Soil remediation
* Transformer removal
* Tank cleaning / removal
Company takes project from survey to set-up, to abatement / containment, to tear-down and disposal. Work with on-site management. Excellent opportunity to go with well-established full service asbestos contractor.
Compensation:
Salary in the $60,000 to $70,000 range with full benefit package.
