Estimator
Responsibilities:
* Compiling of bids – no take-offs (just bid-solicitation)
* Negotiating with Sub-Contractors
* Work on small to mid-sized new build and renovation projects - $2-25MM projects
Requirements:
* 5+ years of commercial construction estimating experience
* Should know all 16 divisions
* Creative, analytical, diligent, high energy
Compensation:
Salary in the $50,000 to $75,000 commensurate with education and experience.
