Personnel recruiting since 1978 with disciplines in banking / investment services, sales / marketing, engineering, manufacturing, accounting / finance, human resources and general management. Previous experience includes college recruiting, advertising / sales promotions and Fortune 500 consumer product sales. He started in the business with AFCO Personnel in 1978 and left as Assistant Manager in 1982 to form DeBellis Associates. Joe Catherine joined Mike in July 1983 and formed DeBellis & Catherine Associates. Longtime employee Vince Morreale was named Partner in 2006 and the name changed to DeBellis, Catherine, Morreale – corporate staffing. Mike holds a BS Degree in Business Management / Marketing from SUNY Empire State College. He is on the Executive Board of the WNY Chapter of the American Heart Association, member of the Board of Directors of Heritage Christian Services, on the Board of Governors of the Park Country Club in Williamsville, NY and is an active committee member in the Amherst Chamber of Commerce.

Personnel recruiting since 1970 with disciplines in accounting / finance, construction and banking, legal and human resources. He started in the business with AFCO Personnel Services in 1970 and after 2 years was appointed Manager and then Managing Partner. Joe closed AFCO Personnel Services in 1983 at which time he and Mike DeBellis founded DeBellis & Catherine Associates. Joe attended SUNY at Buffalo studying Liberal Arts and Sociology. He is active in the Niagara Falls Chamber of Commerce, Executive Committee for the Porter Cup Amateur golf tournament and is on the St. Mary's Hospital Foundation Board of Directors.

Personnel recruiting since 1992 with disciplines in sales / marketing, human resources, accounting / finance, manufacturing / engineering areas. For 12 years prior to joining DeBellis & Catherine Associates, he held human resources generalist positions at Continental Airlines, Schering-Plough Pharmaceuticals and M&T bank, specializing in recruiting and training. Vince holds a dual BS degree in Business Administration and Education. He was named partner in January 2006 forming the new name of DeBellis, Catherine & Morreale.

COURTNEY DAVIES, Director of Marketing Recruitment
Courtney is a recent MBA graduate who will bring a variety of different skills to the DCM team. She completed her BS in Marketing while also playing Division I soccer for Niagara University. At her previous role, Courtney worked in the digital marketing field, specializing in managing search engine marketing campaigns for clients across the country. Her experience has allowed her to develop industry knowledge that will be valuable in recruiting and placing candidates nationally.

MARY GIRASOLE, Senior Staffing Consultant

Personnel recruiting since 1980, Mary spent 3 years with AFCO Personnel, and then joined DeBellis, Catherine & Morreale in 1983. She specializes in food manufacturing / plant management, quality control, maintenance and engineering. Mary also handles accounting / finance positions with private and public sector. Previously she worked in the financial services industry, holding positions as a customer service representative and administrative assistant. Mary holds an AAS degree in Business Administration.

ANDREW HAYS, Director of Corporate Recruiting
Andrew has worked in the recruitment industry since 2014, specifically within the accounting and finance industry. With previous experience working for one of the largest privately held staffing agencies in the United States, he gained experience in B2B sales, talent management, and the sourcing and recruiting of local professionals. Andrew strives to build strong, long-lasting relationships with both candidates and clients.  He uses his skills to match talented professionals with local industry leaders in multiple professional disciplines now that he has become a member of the DeBellis, Catherine & Morreale Corporate Staffing Team. He graduated from Saint Bonaventure University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing.  Welcome Andrew!

Holly is a results-driven professional with 10+ years marketing experience – from Market Research to Circulation/Catalog and Project Management experience. Holly has transitioned her experience in the marketing field to recruiting. Holly’s recent successes have been in placing candidates at the Manager/Director level in the field of Ecommerce and Database Marketing. She works with Multi-channel retailers, E-tailers, Agencies, CPG companies, etc. Holly holds a BA in Arts & Sciences from Syracuse University.

Executive Recruiter who brings 18 plus years’ experience in sales, marketing, leadership and customer relations with a concentration in the Direct/Database/Ecommerce/Analytical Marketing and Market Research industries nationwide.  Tami has transitioned her experience in the sales and marketing field to recruiting. She is a customer focused results-driven professional with an equal focus on business development and hiring exceptional talent. She works with Multi-channel retailers, E-tailers, Agencies, CPG companies, etc. She takes pride in gaining a complete understanding of a client’s corporate culture, vision and goals in order to find the best match candidates, creating a new opportunity for both. 

RACHEL WASSERMAN, Vice President of Marketing Recruitment
Executive Recruiting since 1999, Rachel specializes in the recruitment of Direct/Database/Interactive/Analytical Marketing and Market Research professionals nationwide. In her previous role as Managing Director, Rachel built a team of three recruiters to meet the demands of her thriving clientele. Rachel has placed hundreds of marketing professionals across the country at major corporations, retailers, E-tailers, agencies, suppliers, consulting firms and start-up companies, ranging from C-Level to individual contributors. Rachel has also worked in Marketing Management Account Services at UPSHOT (clients included: Coca-Cola Brands, Jim Beam Brands, Procter & Gamble and Sony Electronics) and BBDO Atlanta (client: Delta Airlines). Rachel holds a BA in Journalism from The Ohio State University.

SUZANN FLEMING, Vice President of Business Operations 
With over 16 years in the field of Human Resources, Suzann's broad range of HR experience includes a solid base in recruitment and staffing. Her career progressed from Employment Specialist, eventually to Director of Human Resources. Suzann possess an AAS in Business Administration and her certification as a Professional in Human Resources. She has provided both specialty recruitment as well as general Human Resource consulting services for several local companies, and joined DeBellis, Catherine and Morreale in 2006.

LEE BEMILLER, Research / Analytics Manager
Lee is a recent undergraduate who completed her BA in Psychology.  She has solid customer service experience and a proven ability to communicate and transfer knowledge effectively.  With strong leadership skills and a positive attitude, she will bring a variety of skills to the DCM team.  Lee’s role as a Research/Staffing assistant is to find the best fit candidates within the Digital Marketing and Ecommerce fields.
