DeBellis & Catherine Associates was formed in July 1983 and as of January 2006 our company name changed to DeBellis, Catherine & Morreale. Partner Michael DeBellis, Jr. has been in the personnel recruiting field since 1978 and Joseph A. Catherine III since 1970. Mr. DeBellis, the former President of DeBellis Associates/Executive Search, and Mr. Catherine, the Managing Partner of AFCO Personnel Services merged existing operations in 1983. Vincent J. Morreale, Jr. joined DeBellis & Catherine Associates in 1992 as a Staffing Consultant after 12 years in corporate human resources and was named partner in January 2006. With over 100 years of combined in-house experience in the personnel recruiting profession, DeBellis, Catherine & Morreale offers unparalleled experience and service as staffing professionals.

Our company operates as a search firm offering contingency recruitment, partial retained search and HR Consulting. DCM covers but is not limited to the following areas: Accounting/Finance, Administrative/General Management, Banking, Customer Service, Healthcare, Information Technology, Engineering/Manufacturing, Human Resources, Insurance, Legal, Marketing, Retail Management, Sales/Management, Construction Management and Food Manufacturing.

Our specialty divisions of DCM RetailResource, DCM Insurasearch, DCM LegalSearch and DCM FoodProDirect have made a commitment to servicing the unique needs of their respective industries. As specialists, our staffing consultants have the experience and resources to identify and recruit top talent for your company.

Our HR Consulting Group offers a variety of services to assist you in addressing a number of human resources, organizational development and executive outplacement issues. Our partnership can vary from that of consultant, to supplemental support of your existing human resources staff to directly functioning as your company's HR department, through our portfolio management concept.

The firm employs seven Recruiters, and one Office Administrator/Research Assistant. All fees are client company paid.
